Roast fillet of salmon served with lentils, spinach and pancetta , green beans, red onions and sun-dried tomato dressing

10 oz char-grilled rib-eye steak served with hand cut Chips, watercress, tomato and mushroom

Pan-fried veal escallop served with crushed new potatoes, roasted peppers, spinach and creamy mushroom sauce

Roasted duck served with celeriac mash, pancetta, sundried prunes, cherry tomatoes and spring onions
